What to expect?

I will travel to the borrowers' location to perform the closing. Once the closing has been performed the package will be returned to the proper entity.

If the Company or institution is local, the documents will be hand delivered. Otherwise the documents will be shipped out to you by the courier of your choice.**
I am very well trained in handling this kind of documents, and is an expert at explaining them to the borrowers. Your Documents will be handled properly and returned back to your office in a timely manner, since she is well aware of how time-sensitive they are.

Closing fees start at $175.00, which include: 1st and 2nd loan packages, emailed docs, as well as copies for borrowers, for Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas counties.
Purchases start at $200.00.
Client's "no show" and cancellations within less than 4 hours of the appointment will have a cost of $100.00 to cover for the Notary's time and expenses.
